Return & Refund Policy

At EVERMARK.CO, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. This guarantee applies to supplements that provide a two-month (60-day) supply or more. If you've used the product as directed for 30 days and don't feel a difference, contact us at contact@evermarkco.shop within 45 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund your purchase price — no need to return the opened bottle. Applies to your first purchase of a product, limited to one bottle per product per household. Products with less than a two-month supply are covered by our standard return policy below.

Standard Returns (Unopened Items)

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used items are not eligible for standard return — they're covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee above instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible — replacement or full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return or guarantee claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Satisfaction Guarantee claims require no return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
